Example of the app’s Today screen: readiness 62 of 100, and the coach suggests swapping intervals for a steady 60-minute row.

Everything between today and race day

A real periodized plan, a coach that listens, and your erg data in one place.

  • A plan built for your race

Set your competition date and current 2k. Get base, build, race-specific and taper phases worked out for you.

  • 10-second morning check-in

Rate sleep, fatigue, soreness, mood and stress. That’s all the coach needs to read your day.

  • An AI coach that adapts

Tired? Sore? The coach suggests a smarter session and moves the hard work to a better day.

  • Concept2 sync

Workouts flow in from your Logbook automatically, with splits, rate and heart rate.

Built on real coaching knowledge

Our coach isn’t a general-purpose chatbot. Its training guidelines are distilled from a large library of rowing and training literature, and every guideline is checked by human reviewers from different specialities — from endurance training to strength training — before it can shape your plan.

Garmin sync

Garmin health and activity data, built into your readiness

Connect your Garmin and the coach also sees how your body recovered overnight. Sleep, heart rate variability and resting heart rate join your morning check-in, so adjustments are based on data as well as feel. Your Garmin activities sync too, so every session counts toward your training load.

How it works

  1. Set your goal

Add your race, your current 2k or a test, and the days you can train.

  2. Check in each morning

Five quick taps — plus Garmin data once connected. Your readiness and today’s session update instantly.

  3. Row, sync, repeat

Do the session, let it sync from Concept2, and the plan keeps learning how you respond.

A coach that shows its reasoning

Every change comes with a reason you can read. You decide — accept the suggestion or keep your original session. Hard safety limits stay in place either way.

Why this change?

Soreness is 4/5, sleep was short and your resting heart rate is up. Threshold work today would cost you Thursday’s key session, so an easy row now keeps the week on track.

Questions

Do I need a Concept2 rower?

Concept2 workouts sync automatically. With any other rower you can log sessions by hand.

Does it work with Garmin?

Yes. Garmin syncs your health data — sleep, HRV and resting heart rate — and your activities, so the coach sees your whole training load alongside your morning check-in.

Is it for beginners or competitive rowers?

Both. The plan scales from your current fitness and the time you have, whether you are racing your first 2k or chasing a personal best.

Does it replace a human coach?

No. It gives you structured, adaptive training on your own. Coach accounts that work alongside it are planned.

What happens to my data?

Your data is stored in the EU, never sold, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Pick your race. We’ll plan the rest.
